Allergies & Skin Sensitivities
Clients are responsible for informing Haven Makeup Studios of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to services being performed. While we use professional-grade products and follow strict sanitation practices, we are not liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur.
Clients concerned about potential reactions are encouraged to schedule a trial prior to the event date.
Inspiration & Style Expectations
Haven Makeup Studios will work with each client to create a look tailored to their preferences and event. Inspiration photos are encouraged; however, exact replication of another artist’s work cannot be guaranteed.
Results may vary based on individual factors including hair type, skin type, length, density, and natural features.
Client Satisfaction
​All services are considered accepted once completed. Any concerns must be communicated at the time of service so adjustments can be made. Once the artist has left the location, services are considered final.
Products & Color Matching
Haven Makeup Studios exclusively uses professional-grade products, including MAC Studio Fix Fluid, to ensure consistency, longevity, and quality of results.
Clients are required to be professionally shade matched at an official MAC store or Nordstrom MAC counter prior to their event. Shade matches from Sephora or Ulta are not accepted due to inconsistencies in training and application standards.
If a client is unable to be shade matched in person, Haven Makeup Studios can provide a match based on photos. However, an exact match is not guaranteed. We carry an extensive professional kit, but not every individual shade variation.
If a client insists on the use of personal products, Haven Makeup Studios does not guarantee the performance, finish, or longevity of those products. In such cases, all services are final and no refunds or adjustments will be provided.
