Refund Policy

All bookings with Haven Makeup Studios require a non-refundable retainer of 50% to secure your date. This retainer ensures your artist and date are reserved exclusively for you.

Once services are booked, your reservation is confirmed and Haven Makeup Studios is committed to your event. Because we turn away other bookings, the full balance remains due even if services are reduced, canceled, or changed by the client. Services may be added if time allows, but not removed.

The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services; however, all payments made remain non-refundable.

If your event date changes, one reschedule will be permitted. New dates are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Additional reschedules will require a new booking and retainer.

In the event Haven Makeup Studios is unable to fulfill services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, illness, accidents, or other force majeure events, one reschedule will be offered based on availability. If a new date cannot be accommodated, a refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable retainer, will be issued.

If Haven Makeup Studios is otherwise unable to fulfill services (outside of force majeure), we will make every effort to provide a replacement artist. All replacement artists are selected and approved solely by Haven Makeup Studios to ensure they meet our quality and professional standards. If we are unable to provide a qualified replacement, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.

By booking with Haven Makeup Studios, you agree to these terms.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation and issued via the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.
