Service Description
On-site bridal hair styling tailored to your wedding day vision. Whether you prefer an elegant updo, soft waves, or a half-up style, each look is customized to complement your features, dress, and overall aesthetic. Services are provided on-location throughout Salt Lake City and surrounding Utah areas. A minimum service requirement may apply depending on location and date. All bookings require approval, a signed contract, and a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your date.
Cancellation Policy
All booking requests are subject to availability and are not confirmed until approved. A signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your date. Trial sessions do not hold or reserve your wedding date. Services may be added to your booking, but reductions are not permitted once your contract is finalized. Cancellations or reschedules will not result in a refund. Rescheduling is permitted once and is subject to availability. The remaining balance will still be due as outlined in your contract. A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice, or failure to reschedule within a reasonable timeframe, will result in forfeiture of the retainer. In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including severe weather, illness, or emergencies), services may be rescheduled and are subject to availability. If your assigned artist is unable to attend, a replacement artist deemed qualified by Haven Makeup Studios will be provided. If a replacement cannot be secured, a full refund will be issued.
