Service Description
Prepare for your wedding day with a personalized bridal hair and makeup trial designed to refine your final look. During your session, we will customize your hair and makeup to complement your features, dress, and overall wedding aesthetic. This appointment allows us to finalize your look, ensure longevity, and create a seamless, stress-free experience for your wedding day. Trials are held in-studio unless on-location services are requested. Please note that trial sessions do not reserve your wedding date. Card payments include a 4% processing fee. Venmo and Zelle are available for fee-free payment.
Cancellation Policy
All booking requests are subject to availability and are not confirmed until approved. A signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your date. Trial sessions do not hold or reserve your wedding date. Services may be added to your booking, but reductions are not permitted once your contract is finalized. Cancellations or reschedules will not result in a refund. Rescheduling is permitted once and is subject to availability. The remaining balance will still be due as outlined in your contract. A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice, or failure to reschedule within a reasonable timeframe, will result in forfeiture of the retainer. In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including severe weather, illness, or emergencies), services may be rescheduled and are subject to availability. If your assigned artist is unable to attend, a replacement artist deemed qualified by Haven Makeup Studios will be provided. If a replacement cannot be secured, a full refund will be issued.
